I need to go over it all again and figure out exactly what worked - I have two(identical) cards, and I've got one working correctly but not the other.
I have mythtv running and managed to scan with this as well. So far, I've managed to follow a lot of DominicF's steps (much appreciated - cheers) and now have managed to force the backend to detect the card as an S300/S350. saa7130: i2c eeprom 00: 5b 18 00 c1 ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff saa7130: i2c eeprom 10: ff ff ff ff ff ff ff
